Nomination Deadline: August 1, 2008

Nominations will be chosen from businesses, organizations and individuals who have demonstrated the highest standards of ethical conduct, integrity and civic and social responsibility.

A committee of community leaders will select a maximum of 40 nominees from the nominations received.  Student teams from the UTSA College of Business will conduct research and prepare reports to be used by a selection committee to select award recipients.
To submit a nomination, nominators must be willing to:

1. Complete the information on the form below.
2. Submit the short summary below of 1,000 words maximum.
3. Be interviewed about your nominee in August or September.

Your summary is not required to be in narrative form. A bullet-point list is acceptable. Please use the suggested guidelines when writing your nomination. Your nomination may be based on your personal experience with the individual or business. You are not obligated to make further inquiries or investigate beyond your own interactions. Please note that nominator and nominee must be willing to be interviewed.
